Is my business already on PMUBook?+
Probably. PMUBook lists permanent makeup studios across the US. Some listings show a full profile; others show only the business name and address until the owner unlocks it. Search for your studio to see yours.
What do Basic and Pro include?+
Basic ($9/month) unlocks your full profile in search and on Google, lets you edit your photos, services, bio, hours and contact details, and sends client enquiries straight to you. Pro ($19/month) adds the top spot on your city page, a Pro badge, and a live Instagram feed on your profile (rolling out). No booking commission, cancel anytime.
Where does the information on my page come from?+
Your listing starts with public information about your business, such as your Google Business Profile hours, photos and reviews. Once you unlock it, you can add your own photos, bio, services and hours, and your versions are what clients see.
How do I unlock my profile?+
Find your studio on PMUBook and click Unlock (or Manage this profile). Choose Basic or Pro and enter your business email - if it's the one we have on file you go straight to payment, otherwise we send a one-time code first. After payment you're signed in and can start editing right away.
Can I switch plans or cancel?+
Yes, any time, from Billing & plan on your profile. Switching between Basic and Pro is pro-rated. If you cancel, your profile stays unlocked until the end of the month you've paid for, and everything you added is saved if you come back.
What happens if a payment fails?+
Your profile stays live for 7 days while you update your card. After that it goes back to a basic listing (name and address), but everything you added is saved and comes back the moment payment goes through.
Do I need a website?+
No. Your PMUBook profile is your booking-ready home base - and it sits on a domain built to rank locally, which a brand-new personal site rarely manages on its own. If you have a site or booking link, you can add it.
Can I remove my listing?+
Yes - you can request removal at any time, unlocked or not.
