Privacy Policy

Last updated June 19, 2026

This policy explains what information PMUBook collects, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have — including how to remove a listing.

Information we collect

Listing information.Business listings are compiled from publicly available sources (such as public business profiles), and may include a business’s name, address, phone number, website, services, hours, ratings, and photos.

Account information. When an artist signs in to claim a listing, we receive basic profile details from their chosen sign-in provider (such as name and email) to create and secure their account.

Payment information. Subscriptions are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers; the provider handles card data directly.

Usage information. Like most websites, we collect standard technical and usage data (such as device, browser, and pages viewed) to operate and improve the service.

How we use information

To operate the directory, display listings, let artists manage claimed profiles, process subscriptions, communicate with users, maintain security, and improve the service.

Service providers

We share information with trusted processors who help us run PMUBook — for example hosting and database/storage, payment processing, email delivery, sign-in, and error monitoring. They may only use it to provide those services to us. We do not sell personal information.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA) and similar jurisdictions may exercise these rights, and we will not discriminate against you for doing so.

Removing a listing. You can ask us to remove a business listing at any time — see Remove a listing. We action removal requests promptly, US-wide.

Data retention & security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

PMUBook is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; we’ll revise the “last updated” date above when we do.
